As part of a fun, upbeat, and goals-driven brand and content team, you will have the opportunity to develop content assets and support marketing campaigns centered around talent software and services. This role works closely with demand-generation marketing to conceptualize and create high-conversion campaigns for the entire buyer journey to increase pipeline opportunities. This role also works closely with product marketing to align campaigns with product messaging and value, as well as the creative and operations team to see campaigns through completion. In addition to developing your own content, such as case studies, blogs and eBooks, you will leverage existing content (e.g., eBooks, whitepapers, analyst reports) to create optimized landing pages, ad copy, email copy and editorial materials that align with each business unit you support.
We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual who can generate engaging content, guide peers toward the most-optimized campaigns and repurpose materials to support the buying journey.
Core Job Duties
- Produce marketing copy around talent software and services that boosts brand awareness through thought leadership and aligns with campaigns to advertise the value of isolved products and services.
- Develop and enforce content governance policies, including brand guidelines, rights management, version control and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to copyright laws, licensing agreements and other considerations related to content usage.
- Collaborate with SEO manager to optimize content for targeted keywords.
- Strategize ways to extend the shelf-life of content assets.
- Deliver engaging content in a variety of formats, including blogs, infographics, eBooks and video scripts.
- Measure success of content campaigns and identify areas of opportunity.
- Align with demand generation teams on a regular cadence to decipher assets and targets for campaigns, and develop content as needed.
- Interview customers and partners and write compelling case studies.
- Measure the reach of pillar pieces and supporting assets to show the true impact of each campaign.
- Establish best practices and standard operating procedures for content creation, editing and publishing.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather requirements and facilitate content production.•Produce marketing copy around talent software and services that boosts brand awareness through thought leadership and aligns with campaigns to advertise the value of isolved products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Can-do, positive attitude is an absolute must
- At least 3-5 years proven experience in copywriting or editorial roles
- Understanding of the B2B SaaS space (HCM experience is highly preferred)
- Skilled at writing for a variety of audiences, including prospects, customers, brokers and service bureaus
- Well-versed in AP style writing guidelines
- Love of language and storytelling
- Critical-thinker and problem solver
- Strong writing, spelling and grammar skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and knack for collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Willing to accept and adapt to feedback, yet a steward of brand consistency, voice and goals
- Creativity and passion for finding new ways to engage audiences through copywriting
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana
- Familiarity working with content management systems
- Skilled at writing for target audiences throughout every stage of the customer journey
- Apt at writing in a variety of formats, including headlines, emails, blogs, bylines, PowerPoints, video scripts, infographics, eBooks, etc.
- Capable of writing in a conversational tone, with attention-grabbing elements to engage audiences
- Skilled at extending the life of content by finding new ways to upcycle and repurpose assets
- Editorial experience will be strongly considered
