Summary/objective: The Team Lead will work closely with the Director, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and managers across the organization to determine and forecast hiring needs and be responsible for overseeing the recruiting process for all departments they are supporting. This position requires extensive knowledge of the Information Technology domain, including product knowledge, customer service, and other desirable skillsets. The Talent Acquisition, Team Lead will assist mentoring and developing the teams' overall skills. It is critical that the Team Lead is a confident self-starter with strong communication skills as well as an ethical, results-oriented work style.
Core Job Duties:
RECRUITING 70%
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that reflect those needs as well as recruitment plans.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications and match for the position.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, preparing interview questions, and conducting interviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with HR Business Partner (HRBP) to confirm budget approval of all roles and keep the HRBP updated on status of all roles in the recruiting pipeline.
- Work closely with the Director, Talent Acquisition and team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
- Make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and isolved culture fit.
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with successful candidates.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities to the Director, Talent Acquisition and team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards.
LEADING 30%
- Motivate and inspire the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, demonstrates flexibility, and ensures team success.
- Collaborate closely with the Director, Talent Acquisition in project planning and assignment, decision-making, coaching, mentoring and developing the teams' overall skills.
- Work with Director, Talent Acquisition to facilitate problem solving and/or manage conflict.
- Partner with HR and other stakeholders to develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as primary contact for team, delegating tasks and leading to optimize workflows and projects.
- Act as liaison for the team, meeting with recruiters on a regular cadence, offering coaching and best practice advice.
- Act as a brand ambassador for isolved, representing our core competencies, values, and culture to candidates, team, and external partners.

Supervision
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Business Management, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior recruitment role.
- Proven recruiting experience in the full recruitment lifecycle with background in recruiting high volume and difficult to fill roles as well as placing difficult to find candidates.
- Expertise in all sourcing methods, including recruiting research, cold calling, warm calling, and internet recruiting.
- Experience in formulating a hiring strategy.
- Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) .
- Web savvy, especially with LinkedIn and internet search engines and job boards to source candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational ability
- Ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs
- Discretion when dealing with confidential information
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to
lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required: Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
Work Authorization: Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
