The iSolved Network is the Infinisource ecosystem that enables independent payroll service bureaus to win more business by providing them with game-changing cloud-based HCM software, so they can focus on what they do best ' service their clients.
Job Overview: The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing the iSolved Network Partners in accordance with the growth goals for the Network and the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Grow a robust pipeline of prospective iSolved Network Partners within the assigned market or geographic area.
Meet or exceed assigned new business quota.
Assist in closing opportunities by identifying and removing any barriers.
Attend industry functions such as IPPA, TPG and NAPEO to generate new opportunities. Additionally provide feedback and information on market and industry trends.
Identify and execute opportunities for marketing campaigns to accelerate sales.
Coordinate and sometimes lead meetings between the prospect's decision makers and the VP of iSolved Network Sales or iSolved Senior Staff.
Work with internal team members to deliver positioning of the Network such that it addresses the prospect's need, concerns and objectives.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Analysis competition and communicate market challenges and opportunities to management.
Other related duties as assigned by the VP of iSolved Network
Qualification Requirements
At least three (3) years in the industry with client facing responsibilities.
Demonstrated functional business process knowledge related to Human Captial Management software
BA/BS required
3-5 years in client facing roles, understanding of and experience with Human Capital Management systems, knowledge of SaaS technology
Must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
Key skills include strong presentation skills, ability to communicate professionally in written responses, ability to manage own time/work remotely, technical aptitude sales
Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Office, Netsuite
The selected candidate will be subject to a background and credit check and drug screen upon offer of employment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, drive, fly and hear. The employee is required to use hands. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for written work and PC use. The noise level is usually fairly quiet.
