Summary/objective

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Webinar Specialist to join our team. This role combines project management, technical expertise, content creation and audience engagement to deliver exceptional webinar experiences. The Webinar Specialist will play a pivotal role in planning, executing and supporting live and on-demand webinars, ensuring they align with our marketing and communication strategies.

Core Job Duties

• Webinar Planning and Coordination

• Project managing across functional areas to ensure timely completion of deliverables

• Collaborating with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop webinar content and logistics

• Technical and Administrative Tasks

• Setting up webinars

• Scheduling and conducting tech checks/dry runs with SMEs

• Exporting registration lists to the lead import team

• Creating surveys to collect and analyze attendee feedback

• Content Creation and Copywriting

• Writing copy for promotional and webinar-related assets (social copy, landing page copy, email copy, etc.)

• Webinar Hosting and Backup Support

• Facilitating introductions, delivering housekeeping notes and managing live Q&A

• Monitoring live chats, managing slides and ensuring smooth webinar flow

• Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Tracking webinar metrics such as attendance, engagement and leads generated

• Providing post-webinar performance reports

Job Complexity

A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. Emerging understanding of broader organizational context and goals. Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey- level position.

Interaction

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Supervision

Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 3+years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or

equivalent work experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience managing webinars, virtual events or related projects

• Proficiency in webinar platforms such as Hubilo, WebEx, GoTo, or similar

• Experience with project management tools and CMS platforms like Kontent, ai, Asana or similar

• Strong attention to detail

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. 

Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
