Principle Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and drive a best in market capability for onboarding new PEO partners to the isolved Network
  • Collaborate with the VP, Partner Support & ASO Enablement to leverage existing enablement practices and adapt for PEO Partners
  • Recruit, hire and develop PEO centric deployment talent as required to scale with demand.
  • Build a competency for mapping source system data to isolved.
  • Develop the long term "playbook" for onboarding PEO partners effectively and efficiently

Sales & Marketing

  • Assist in the development of strategies for penetrating the PEO industry
  • Interface and support with the Network Sales team as required to assist on PEO partner sales
  • Act as an industry domain expert and support sales and marketing activities in support of PEO sales activity
  • Interact with key industry associations and act as an isolved representative in these groups/forums representing isolved and promoting isolved solutions within the PEO segment

Product

  • Interface with isolved Product Management and Development teams as a key stakeholder in terms of providing PEO related feedback, input and insight into market requirements
  • Act as a key member of the product Control Board and assist in prioritizing development activities based on market requirements and partner feedback
  • Act as a key liaison to isolved's Product Marketing team on PEO related requirements
