Summary/objective

The Enterprise Partner Sales Vice President (VP) is accountable for their sales team's performance, achievement of sales goals, and alignment with agreed sales objectives. The VP leads, manages, and actively engages in the field with a team of Account Executives (AEs) responsible for developing HRO opportunities. With significant marketing support and strong partner references, these AEs engage with the owners and executive leaders of target organizations to win six- and seven-figure multi-year committed contracts. The VP must be comfortable with an enterprise, solution-selling sales motion.
Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), the VP collaborates closely to align the sales team's objectives with overall business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning and the execution of enterprise bookings growth initiatives.
Core Job Duties
- Develops strategic sales plans based on enterprise goals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Ensures the sales team meets sales bookings (ARR) objectives by driving new sales within a specified target account pool based on an ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Manages all stages of the defined consultative-strategic solution sales cycle, utilizing appropriate tools and support from business development through closure
- Works closely with the Marketing team on TAM/SAM development to nurture target accounts, convert them into sales opportunities, and leverage existing relationships
- Collaborates with the sales team, pre-sales, and leadership to develop and execute strategic account strategies to close and win sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding bookings goals
- Partners with the isolved Network team to continually deliver outstanding value and support to isolved's Network Partners, fostering strong relationships and references
- Maintains CRM hygiene in real time to ensure accurate sales pipeline and opportunity reporting, as well as data analytics in support of the sales motion
- Strengthens and nurtures relationships with current isolved Network partners while actively supporting and engaging with the broader isolved Network community
- Accountable for sales strategy development, sales organization design, forecasting, sales resource planning, budgeting, expense management, marketing feedback, sales growth, and partner satisfaction
- Provides leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behavior
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in digital transformation, business strategy, or technology innovation
- Strong background in AI, automation, and emerging technologies for business efficiency
- Expertise in business process optimization (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, RPA, BPM, etc.)
- Experience managing large-scale change initiatives across multiple business units
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives with demonstrated business impact (e.g., revenue growth, cost savings, customer experience improvements)
- Excellent executive leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Job Complexity

Supervision
Directs and controls the activities of one or more business unit, division, product groups or service areas through senior leaders who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of those assigned areas. Clear expertise as a leader and operator.
Experience
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of direct experience, with 10+ years of leadership experience. May require advanced degree.
Scope
Sets direction, strategy, and vision for business unit(s). Holds senior leaders accountable for results. Helps shape, exemplify, and hold senior leaders accountable to the management standards of the company. Approves corporate and/or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation. Inspires senior leaders to develop innovative concepts and promote new ideas. Drives meaningful impact and improvements across multiple functions or business units; strategically plans for how people and processes scale.
