Summary/objective
The Vice President, Demand Marketing leads the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue. This role oversees campaign planning, digital acquisition, partner revenue marketing, and marketing operations-ensuring cohesive execution across inbound and outbound motions. The VP, Demand Marketing plays a critical leadership role in translating business goals into scalable, data-driven programs that align marketing investment to pipeline outcomes.
The VP partners closely with sales, partner relations, brand, and product marketing teams to optimize marketing across channels and audiences. This role requires a strategic and execution-oriented leader who can drive results while leading a high-performing team.
Core Job Duties
- Set the strategy and roadmap for demand marketing programs aligned to pipeline and bookings goals
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across paid media, digital, email, outbound, and partner channels
- Lead partner revenue marketing programs focused on growing pipeline from brokers and other Centers of Influence (COIs)
- Collaborate with partner relations to align field and campaign efforts to COI-led growth strategy
- Own the demand planning calendar and ensure alignment with sales priorities, events, and product launches
- Establish and monitor KPIs across demand programs, marketing operations, and campaign performance
- Manage campaign funnel from lead to opportunity; partner with sales to increase conversion rates and velocity
- Direct marketing operations and technology to support scalable execution, attribution, and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate demand programs with product launches, partner initiatives, and brand strategy
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of marketers across campaign strategy, digital acquisition, and operations
- Own and manage the demand marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI delivery
- Provide regular reporting to marketing and sales leadership on pipeline contribution and marketing impact

Experience
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of direct experience, with 8+ years of leadership experience. May require advanced degree.
Scope
Develops corporate and/or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation. Detailed knowledge of company allows for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas. Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations. Recognized as an influential leader. Drives significant impact and improvements across their function; strategically plans for how people and processes scale.

Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and pipeline development
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading other leaders
- Proven success owning multi-channel demand programs tied to measurable revenue goals
- Experience building pipeline through partner and influencer ecosystems
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, and marketing performance analysis
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and demand gen platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ABM tools)
- Demonstrated ability to partner with sales to drive aligned go-to-market execution
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and team leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
