Verifications Processing Agent
Summary/Objective
The Verification Processing Agent position is an essential position at ProScreening. The verification team works diligently to verify information on employment applicant's resumes. This information includes but is not limited to Employment, Education and Reference information. A successful Verifier will be able to efficiently and effectively be able to provide clients with verified information from their applicant's resume at a rate of 18+ cases worked per hour.
Core Job Duties
Calls on references, performs employment and education verification.
- Produce up to 18+ cases worked per hour by 90 days of service and ongoing.
- Process employment verifications to verify information contained on job applications for clients.
- Take inbound calls from companies/schools/references returning requests for verification.
- Total mistakes cannot exceed 1% of completed verifications.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Complexity
Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. General knowledge of core elements or concepts within their role.
Supervision
Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision.
Experience
- Typically requires no previous professional experience.
- Some phone experience, or customer service level experience preferred
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish speakers are preferred.
