Job Description

All isolved associates contribute to a positive work environment that is solution oriented. The primary responsibility of this role is to reconciled tax payment/impounds generated from the isolved application to the bank accounts. The reconciliations are done in the isolved Treasury platform. isolved Treasury Specialists work independently, within their team and across department to resolve treasury related issues. The most commonly used method of communication is through our NetSuite CRM system. The isolved Treasury Specialist works directly with the restricted TAX accounts and works closely with Finance Department.

Core Job Duties

• Reconcile tax account (2 restricted tax bank accounts)
  • Extract prior day Bank activity from bank platforms (JPMC and Fifth Third)
  • Import and post prior day Bank activity into all isolved environments
  • Ensure all transactions posted balance to the file extracted from the bank
  • Research and resolve unmatched items on the Bank and isolved side timel
• Extract all unmatched items Daily from isolved Treasury environments paste in a spreadsheet and stored them in BOX (one spreadsheet per day, one file per month)
• Log bank account balances and obtain images daily (spreadsheet and snip, stored in BOX)
• Reconcile unmatched items, credits and debits to the bank statements (monthly)
• Balance Tax impounds to tax payments by client (quarterly and annually)
• Maintain accurate records/reconciliation logs for all tax accounts (including uploading files to Box)
• Identify, document and report isolved Treasury issues and/or process improvements to your superior
• Perform all tasks timely and accurately as assigned by your superior
• Perform self-evaluations and goals as set by your superior
• Actively participate and promote teamwork with everyone you come in contact with
• Other projects as assigned by the Treasury Management

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 – 3 years and/or experience in a finance role, preferably with reconciling bank accounts
• Able to handle a busy working environment with multiple deadlines
• The position requires a self-starter that is detail oriented and has strong organizational/time management skills.
