Job Description

The Training Content Developer will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees.

Core Job Duties

• Use attention to detail to design, edit and maintain training curriculum, knowledge checks and quizzes using multimedia authoring tools
• Collaborate with other training resources and teams cross-functionally to ensure content is clear, concise, and accurate
• Develop new course modules to be incorporated into existing courses, as well as research, design and implement new courses in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
• Maintain content versions and the organization of content.
• Willingness and ability to learn how to use new LMSs and multimedia authoring tools to provide successful and professional learning experiences to adult learners
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
• Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
• Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
• Perform other related duties as required by the training department (e.g., coordinate curriculum reviews/focus groups as needed)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field required.
• At least two years of corporate training development experience required using a variety of training development tools.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and related program software.
