Summary/objective

The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. Conduct virtual training sessions demonstrating software features to a broad audience.

Core Job Duties

• Develop and maintain training resources, course scripts and articles

• Responsible for tracking, updating, and managing content library for assigned area

• Create interactive certification journey, standalone course, and quick help video scripts

• Partner with Learning Experience Designer to deliver effective content based on best practice software and adult learning theories

• Schedule and deliver partner workshops to ensure efficacy of online certification journeys and readiness to use isolved

• Schedule and deliver live training courses to broad audience as needed

• Create and update content based on isolved release cycle

• Working knowledge of isolved functionality and features

• Maintain training database as needed to ensure latest features are utilized

Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

Experience

Typically, a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.

• 2 years of related experience.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds. 

Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
