Time and Attendance Implementation Project Manager

Time & Attendance Implementation Project Managers are responsible for leading our customers through the design and implementation of their Infinisource time & attendance solution.  As Project Managers, they coordinate the efforts of the Time & Attendance Implementation Specialists, in assisting the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their SaaS software solution.  

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:

 

  • Leads new customers through Time & Attendance implementation, ensuring the customer's employee data as well as time & attendance policies and procedures are configured accurately.
  • Creates and manages project plans to ensure project deliverables and customer launch dates are met.
  • Partners with other Infinisource teams to ensure all customer requirements are delivered through an integrated implementation approach.
  • Monitors the implementation process for potential issues and escalates issues as needed to ensure the customer's needs are met and the implementation process schedule is maintained.
  • Ensures customers are ready for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering system training as part of the Implementation process.
  • Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the Payroll Implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability.
  • Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources
  • Adheres to company and departmental policies.
  • Some travel (less than 20%) may be required

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent project management skills and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated functional business process knowledge related to time & attendance
  • Excellent time management and organizational skill
  • Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
