Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruitment process by providing administrative and logistical support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role ensures a smooth candidate experience from application through onboarding by coordinating with the Talent Team on managing communication and maintaining accurate records.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our recruiters and enabling a seamless hiring experience across our LATAM markets. You will act as the key liaison between external staffing vendors and internal business stakeholders, ensuring that all candidate processes - from selection through onboarding - run smoothly and efficiently.

Core Job Duties

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communication, including interview confirmations, status updates, and feedback follow-ups
  • Post job openings to internal and external job boards
  • support pre-employment screening
  • track and report key recruitment metrics (i.e. time to fill, pipeline status)
  • Collaborate with recruiters to enhance the candidate experience and ensure timely process updates
  • Perform general administrative duties related to talent acquisition, such as managing calendars, filing, and maintaining documentation
  • Provide day-to-day support to recruiters throughout the candidate lifecycle, including interview coordination, documentation, and system updates
  • Act as the primary point of contact between hiring teams and staffing partners/vendors for nearshore-based positions.
  • Ensure timely communication and status updates for all candidates being hired via third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of candidate data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and internal tracking documents.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring leaders, stakeholders, business partners, BPO vendors, IT, and engagement to ensure readiness for new hire onboarding.
  • Support the execution of offer letters, background checks, and pre-hire compliance requirements.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics related to nearshore hiring activities (e.g., time-to-fill, vendor performance, candidate pipeline health).
  • Help troubleshoot and escalate issues in real-time to recruiters or operational partners to avoid delays in hiring timelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent team, especially as they relate to vendor management and candidate experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or recruiting
  • Familiarity with LATAM hiring practices and cultural nuances preferred
  • Proficient English fluency
  • Experience with ATS platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
