TIMEFORCE Business Analyst
Business Analyst - TimeForce
iSolved HCM is currently looking for a Business Analyst for TimeForce and Professional Services. The Business Analyst will work closely work with development, IT and customers during the product life cycle.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with product management, sales, implementation, support, partners and customers to gather business requirements, and write functional product requirement requests, including all materials needed for a successful development effort.
- Perform proper analysis for, development efforts including functionality, defects exports and report requests.
- Responsible for customer billing for any professional services.
- Candidate will track and work with appropriate parties to see that all professional service projects are on track and customers/stakeholders are informed on their progress.
- Deliver professional service projects to the client and ensure accuracy.
- If any adjustments to the report, export, or feature need to be made the individual will also manage this process.
- Responsible for utilizing and creating exports using the TimeForce II export generator.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of TimeForce, TimeForce II, TimeForce Export Generator and other iSolved HCM products are a must
- Proficient at MS Office products
- Proficient at technical writing
- Project management skills
- Professional services skills
- Organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Works well with both internal and external stakeholders
Education/Experience Requirements:
- B.S. /B.A. in Communications, English or Business with 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- S./B.A. in, Communications, English or Business, with 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent professional experience.
