Job Description

The System Implementation Consultant plays a key role in ensuring our Certified Network Partners (CNP) isolved environment is provisioned and configured according to their specific business type and all technical aspects of their provisioned site meet their business needs. System setup calls are conducted with the CNPs to ensure a good understanding of the isolved system configuration capabilities for both ASO and PEO business types.

Core Job Duties

• Work directly with CNP on provisioning system level technical items, such as NACHA bank file(s) set up, new hire reporting files, and system level tables to ensure isolved is configured based on the CNP needs
• Troubleshoot system level and client level technical or configuration issues for the CNPs, supporting the project teams as necessary
• Support the CNP related to system level items, such as billing, taxes, system calculations, and ensuring understanding of security access within the system.
• Provide training and understanding to the CNP of the intricate details of configuring system level tables, client level tables and employee level tables and how they relate to each other.
• Make recommendations, be consultative, guide the CNP on best practices that maximize value and their return on investment
• Simultaneously handle several CNP project plans in various stages and ensure timelines are being met to provide the CNP with a positive onboarding experience.
• Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to review and update project plan action items to ensure CNP needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach
• Provide internal training sessions for the Network Project Teams on new release functionality
• Test solutions within the isolved environment for partners that have scenarios with a higher complexity level.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent business experience
• 2+ years software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of working in a customer facing role
• Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities
• Demonstrated functional business process knowledge related to payroll services
• Basic understanding of banking and NACHA files
• Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
