Job Description

All isolved associates contribute to a positive work environment that is solution oriented. The primary purpose of the Treasury Supervisor is to assist with managing the daily tasks and responsibilities of the Treasury team. Treasury Supervisors work independently within their team to mentor and motivate team members. They also work across departments to resolve treasury-related issues. This includes assisting the Treasury Management team as needed and directed. The primary method of communication is through our NetSuite CRM system. The Treasury Supervisor works directly with the restricted bank accounts and works closely with the Finance Department.

Core Job Duties

  • Monitor and resolve critical and significant cases for assigned databases.
  • Supervise the daily workload of assigned team members.
  • Execute daily extracts and edits on multiple payroll platforms.
  • Transmit NACHA files to multiple banks.
  • Transmit EFT payments as needed for tax payments.
  • Perform all wire, reverse Wire, and one-time wire tasks.
  • Research and resolve "Employee Returned" transactions.
  • Enforce and collect for NSFs as defined in the NSF procedure.
  • Perform manual transactions to/from client-funded accounts.
  • Upload Posipay files to multiple banks.
  • Open, close, and resolve cases in our CRM system (NetSuite).
  • Perform financial reviews and approve clients for ACH processing as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records/processing logs for all tasks.
  • Other projects as assigned by the Treasury Management team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 – 3 years in a finance role, preferably with online banking and/or experience
  • Able to manage a busy working environment with multiple deadlines.
  • The position requires a detail-oriented initiative-taker with strong organizational/time management skills.
  • A solid technical and/or PC-savvy background is preferred.
  • A high level of skill with Excel is preferred.
  • NetSuite experience preferred.
