BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

HCM Tax Implementation Specialists are responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their iSolved tax fulfillment solution. As functional experts, they lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their tax set up, with a primary focus on agency requirements and payroll business processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

1. Leads Implementation teams through iSolved tax implementations, ensuring the clients data, payroll reports, tax liability payments and tax returns are configured accurately.
2. Responsible for the identification, research and correction of all new client's payroll tax history versus the iSolved platforms.
3. Supports HCM Department in an effort to achieve organizational goals for Strategic clients
4. Partners with other Infinisource teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach.
5. Implements new client account numbers, SUI rates, and deposit frequencies.
6. Obtains & disperses POA forms to appropriate agencies; follows each state mandated Electronic Fund Transfer authorization requirements and online TPA registrations, where required.
7. Ensures clients are in compliance with federal and state agency mandates.
8. Reports potential company risk resulting from prior quarter discrepancies, to management and formulates a plan to mitigate that risk going forward.
9. Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the payroll tax implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance technical capabilities.
10. Builds customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources.
11. Adheres to government agency and corporate policies.
12. Some travel (less than 10%) may be required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

• A degree in a technical discipline or equivalent functional expertise
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A strong product, service and technical background
• Proven customer service skills
