A Day in the Life of a Strategic Sales Representative

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you'll thrive as an independent, proven consultative sales professional coupled with the team, resources, and tools necessary for ultimate success. In this outside sales-based role you'll be primarily responsible for new business development and sales of our iSolved HCM technology and services to companies of all industries within your defined geographical territory. You will build your pipeline of sales opportunities by developing key centers of influence for referrals, leveraging marketing driven campaigns, following up on marketing driven potential leads, and through your own prospect development efforts. Using your strategic sales skills and methodology, you'll thrive managing all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, to closing your own sales. We have the technology, functionality, and services that Human Resource professionals need. Job Qualifications

  • HCM experience preferred
  • Sales in Midmarket to Enterprise market experience preferred
  • Understanding of strategic selling methodology
  • Relevant education and experience, with motivation for sales
  • Tech and SaaS savviness
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
  • Strong computer skills
  • An energetic modern approach to sales
  • A creative and independent thinker
  • A desire to continually grow and apply new skills
