Summary/objective

The Strategic Network Partner Relationship Manager is responsible for driving growth and retention within a defined book of Strategic Network Partners-independent SaaS providers who operate under the isolved platform. This role serves as a strategic advisor and business partner, guiding partners through optimization of the isolved People Cloud, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring a high-value, long-term relationship. The Relationship Manager acts as the voice of the partner internally, coordinating cross-functional support and ensuring that each partner maximizes their investment in the isolved ecosystem.


Core Job Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow and retain revenue within assigned Strategic Network Partners
  • Establish strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers at each partner organization
  • Drive adoption of isolved technology by identifying areas for increased platform utilization and promoting new feature rollouts
  • Act as a strategic advisor on go-to-market alignment, process efficiency, and operational improvements that align with partner objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Operations, Support) to address partner needs, resolve issues, and improve satisfaction
  • Identify and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities across isolved solutions, including HR services, benefits, and retirement
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of partner interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in CRM
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with partner leadership to review performance, goals, and growth opportunities
  • Track and report on KPIs related to partner health, satisfaction, and revenue performance

Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.


Experience 

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work

experience.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 5+ years of client-facing experience in SaaS, partner success, customer success, or account management roles
  • Experience supporting or working with indirect channels, partnerships, or network ecosystems strongly preferred
  • Understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms and associated solutions
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level relationships and drive business growth
  • Proficiency with CRM and account planning tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) Ability to travel for partner meetings, events, or quarterly business reviews as needed

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds. 


Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
