Staffing and Development Analyst
Job Overview:
The Staffing & Development Analyst will assist with training new hires, existing employees, and
customers. As functional experts, they develop the Implementation and Support teams
with a primary
focus on HR and payroll business processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
Lead new employee training sessions
Creates, manages, and presents training materials
Lead training sessions with payroll teams
as well as one onone sessions with individuals
Assist payroll representatives in both Support and Implementation with troubleshooting
Hold training sessions with customers
Adheres to company and departmental policies
Some travel (less than 10%)
will be required
Minimum Qualifications
:
Demonstrated
functional business process knowledge related to payroll services
Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience in delivering payroll servi
ces, including experience with
payroll tax.
Four year degree or equivalent education and business experience
Ideal candidate will have experience in internal Customer Support and/or Implementation.
The selected candidate may
be subject to a background and credit check
and drug screen upon offer of employment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk,
drive, fly and hear.
The employee is required to use hands.
Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close vision for written work and PC use. The noise level is usually fairly quiet.
