Sr Migration Analyst
BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
The Migration Analyst is responsible for working with new customers to migrate their data using iSolved's internal migration tool.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:
- Map source system data to iSolved.
- Research and resolve migration issues.
- Act as liaison for the Project Managers, answering questions or routing questions to the appropriate person for response.
- Provide outstanding customer service to our customers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications
- Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- SQL Server or similar relational database experience
- Strong migration experience
- Analytical mind
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with complex data structures
- Experience with advanced excel functions
- Payroll knowledge a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with multiple levels within an organization
- Multi tasker
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Experience in Report writing
- Self starter
Travel will be required 50% of the time.
The selected candidate will be subject to a background and credit check and drug screen upon offer of employment.
