Job Description The isolved Manager, Solution Consulting, reporting to the Vice President of Solution Consulting, this position is responsible for managing a team of Solution Consultants supporting isolved HCM solutions . We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with a solid solution consulting background and a desire to lead and develop SC teams who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Core Job Duties

• Direct the day-to-day activities of a designated team of Solution Consultants supporting isolved People Cloud HCM solutions.
• Partner with sales teams and other internal departments to support revenue goals and drive market demand.
• Engage the appropriate Solution Consulting team members for qualified sales opportunities.
• Set individual performance objectives and periodically review the performance of Solution Consultants to ensure ongoing development and progression in the role.
• Recruit and hire qualified Solution Consultants based on staffing requirements and business needs.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the Solution Consulting team in supporting specific sales opportunities.
• Enforce and optimize presales processes, including RFP/RFIs and discovery sessions, to ensure successful value-based presentations to customers and prospects.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a solution consulting role in the Human Capital Management applications market
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications
• Familiarity with CRM solutions (.e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, SugarCRM)
• Ability to travel up to 20%
