Software Engineer
isolved is a large, multi-tiered application built with ASP.NET, Knockout, C#, WCF, and SQL Server and resides in Azure. As an isolved cloud developer you will participate in isolved's transition to microservices
Principal Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining microservices and infrastructure.
- Participating on an agile team to estimate and groom backlog items, plan development activities, and improve the development process.
- Coordinating with other agile teams to incorporate microservice functionality in the core isolved application.
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years developing web applications
- 2+ years developing cloud native applications.
- Ability to work independently to research and solve complex problems.
- Strong skills with:
- Azure
- Microservice Architecture
- C#
- SQL
- Unit Testing
- .NET
- Experience with:
- NET / ASP.NET Core WebAPI
- Javascript
- SOLID principles
- Experience with the following a plus:
- Knockout
- Azure CosmosDB or other NoSQL database
- Pub/Sub and asynchronous messaging
- Docker
- MVVM
Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.
Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
