Summary/objective

The Social Media and Video Editor supports isolved's brand, partner, and event initiatives by transforming raw footage and still images into polished, short-form video content. This role collaborates across departments to deliver social-ready assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Content must align with isolved's brand standards and campaign objectives.

Core Job Duties

• Edit B-roll, interviews, and event footage into short-form videos and highlight reels
• Create social media assets using motion graphics, music, captions, and isolved branding
• Produce platform-specific content (square, vertical, widescreen) for multiple channels
• Draft post captions and apply appropriate hashtags consistent with isolved's voice
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Events to identify upcoming content opportunities
• Deliver edits on time and refine based on feedback
• Maintain consistency with visual brand standards across all deliverables

• As a highly skilled specialist, contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways.

Interaction

• Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to obtain resolution to issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures.

Supervision

• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Exercises initiative and judgment in completing recurring assignments.

• Typically requires a minimum of 3+ years of related experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating short-form, social-first video work
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
• Understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience expectations
• Strong attention to visual detail, pacing, and clarity
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Clear and timely communication skills

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds.

Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
