Senior Vice President of Finance

The SVP of Finance is responsible for providing financial and business analytics to support functional and executive leadership, financial reporting and forecasting, including the development and approval of the annual Operating Plan, as well as the preparation of reporting and compliance materials for external stakeholders including our lenders and Board of Directors. The role works closely with the executive team to collaborate on value-added metrics and reports while also offering recommendations for improvements based on this data. Serves as the leader for the FP&A and Billing team and provides mentoring, career development and strong business process skills to ensure company goals are met.

Core Job Duties:

• Own the company's Annual Operating Plan and long-term 3-5 year forecast model
• Design and manage a quality cross-functional planning and rolling forecasting process
• Manage and coordinate budget vs actual reports and related analysis
• Orchestrate and manage a cadence of Monthly Operational Review Meetings, with the executive leadership team.
• Manage billing operations ensuring adherence to customer contracts, policies and procedures and internal controls.
• Management of company's excess cash according to corporate investment policy.
• Timely preparation of compliance certificates and reporting requirements for our lenders
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for presentation to executive management, investors and the Board of Directors.
• Own and develop tracking, reporting and continuous improvement of SaaS metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization
• Develop and maintain recurring management reporting packages and summarizing key trends and relevant analysis
• Partner with the Accounting team to develop accurate forecasts and validate actuals
• Work with senior management to establish comprehensive profitability models.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree in finance, economics, accounting or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in finance, planning and analysis roles
• 5+ years leading finance teams and functions
• Business acumen, ability to translate strategies into financial and operation plans

• Experience in a SaaS software company.
• Strong interpersonal and business partnership skills: able to establish credibility and rapport with functional leaders
• Ability to lead and manage a team, and to find the right mix of "do vs. delegate" in a fast-paced growing environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to formulate and deliver insights around complex business problems thoughtfully and persuasively.
