Summary/objective

The Senior Vice President, Revenue Marketing and Operations leads the strategy, execution, and measurement of isolved's marketing efforts tied to pipeline generation, conversion, and acceleration. This role oversees the alignment of campaign strategy, marketing technology, data operations, and performance analytics to drive measurable impact across new business, customer, and partner growth channels. Serving as a senior leader within the marketing organization, the SVP partners closely with Sales, Product, Partner Relations, and Executive Leadership to ensure isolved's revenue marketing engine is predictable, scalable, and aligned with company-wide priorities.


Core Job Duties

  • Own the integrated marketing strategy for pipeline creation and acceleration across new business, customer expansion, and partner revenue channels
  • Oversee all facets of revenue marketing execution, including demand generation, campaign strategy, field marketing, partner marketing, and lifecycle engagement
  • Lead the Marketing Operations function including budget management, performance reporting, attribution modeling, and Martech stack governance
  • Ensure tight alignment between Sales and Marketing through shared KPIs, campaign coordination, and lead-to-revenue process optimization
  • Develop and maintain a data-driven approach to forecasting and measuring campaign effectiveness, marketing-sourced revenue, and ROI
  • Partner with Sales and Product to refine audience segmentation, vertical strategies, and GTM messaging across all funnel stages
  • Lead a team of senior marketers and marketing operations professionals responsible for the planning and execution of integrated campaigns
  • Ensure field and digital campaigns are aligned with isolved's COI-led strategy and support partner and customer expansion goals
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing performance, process scalability, and cross-functional accountability
  • Serve as a key voice on the Marketing Leadership Team, contributing to overall strategy and organizational effectiveness

Job Complexity

Sets strategy and guides senior leaders in identifying and evaluating fundamental issues and direction for business unit(s). Requires in-depth knowledge of the business unit, business strategies, and the company's goals.


Interaction

Interacts internally and externally with executive and C-Level level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters. Influences policymaking.


Supervision

Directs and controls the activities of one or more business unit, division, product groups or service areas through senior leaders who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of those assigned areas. Clear expertise as a leader and operator.


Experience

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of direct experience, with 10+ years of leadership experience. May require advanced degree.


Scope

Sets direction, strategy, and vision for business unit(s). Holds senior leaders accountable for results. Helps shape, exemplify, and hold senior leaders accountable to the management standards of the company. Approves corporate and/or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation. Inspires senior leaders to develop innovative concepts and promote new ideas. Drives meaningful impact and improvements across multiple functions or business units; strategically plans for how people and processes scale.

Erroneous decisions will have a significant long-term effect on the company's success.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with significant leadership in revenue marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
  • Proven success leading pipeline-focused marketing organizations with measurable impact on bookings, win rate, and conversion
  • Strong operational acumen, with experience managing marketing technology platforms, lead funnels, and attribution models
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Partner, and Executive teams to deliver results
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with experience managing senior-level marketers
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
