Senior Treasury Project Manager

BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

The Treasury Sr Project Manager's primary role is to support to the Treasury and M&A teams. This position also requires support across several departments based on the project initiative, such as process improvements around fund movement could involve treasury, support and finance. Other projects could involve working closely with the development team. The Sr Project manager will also serve as a backup to the VP of Treasury on the tasks outlined below.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:

  • Actively participate on the IMO M&A team calls
  • Map predecessor product offering and bank account structure to iSolved product offering and bank account structure.
  • Identify and address areas of concern as it relates to product offering and bank account structure.
  • Work closely with iSolved banks to transition clients to our ACH processing and bank accounts
  • Work closely with the development team to transition clients to our security group and bank accounts
  • Validate all tasks are assigned and completed as outlined on M&A project plan
  • Develop and maintain SOP's for all tasks performed as it relates to M&A
  • Independently handle complex tasks and escalations as needed for bank and support issues
  • Support/lead special projects as needed, as assigned by VP of Treasury
  • Serve as backup to VP of Treasury as it pertains to System Admin role for our Restricted Bank accts.
  • Duties may change; may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS:

  • Must be extremely organized, have attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal) to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
  • Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time sensitive deadlines
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel and Word

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, or similar field of study preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at once
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills
  • Display above average computer and analytical skills
  • Maintain good communication skills
  • Excellent problem solver
