Summary/objective

The Senior Talent Services Specialist is a high-performing sales professional responsible for driving adoption and expansion of isolved's Talent solutions. This role builds and maintains relationships across multiple sales channels, providing expertise, identifying client needs, and delivering solutions. With a strong understanding of isolved's Talent offerings, the Senior Talent Services Specialist is expected to exceed sales targets, demonstrate leadership in the field, and contribute to overall revenue growth.


Core Job Duties

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships across sales teams, network partners, and clients to drive Talent solution adoption and expansion.
  • Consistently exceed sales performance expectations by identifying opportunities to expand client use of Talent solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Talent offerings, providing advanced guidance and strategic insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Leverage data and market analysis to refine sales approaches and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Act as a mentor to other Talent Services Specialists, sharing best practices and strategies for success.
  • Collaborate with internal support and operations teams to ensure seamless sales execution and client satisfaction.

Interaction

Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures.


Supervision

Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Exercises initiative and judgement in completing recurring assignments. Often acts as a facilitator and team leader.

Typically requires a minimum of 6+ years of related experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services, preferably within HCM technology, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a consultative sales environment.
  • Strong ability to assess client needs, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and position Talent solutions effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for clients and partners.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools to track and optimize sales performance.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members in sales strategies and best practices.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds.


Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
