Key Job Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end close functions for assigned subsidiaries such as all necessary journal entries and variance analysis to prior periods
• Perform required balance sheet account reconciliations
• Reconcile Intercompany Receivables and Payables
• Assist with consolidating entries and eliminations
• Work with Division Controller to document accounting policies and procedures
• Work to develop and incorporate process improvements
• Assist with special accounting related projects as needed
• Assist with acquisition accounting as needed
• Assist with annual financial audit
• Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time by the Corporate or Division Controller
• Assist other team members as needed

Education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with minimum 5 years of experience in the accounting field
• CPA or MA in accounting preferred
• Financial statement and monthly close experience
• Intermediate level Excel user, expert user preferred

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with NetSuite Financials is preferred
• Experience with multiple entities and consolidation a plus
• Combination of public accounting and industry experience or Technology SaaS experience is a preferred

Must have very good verbal skills and able to move through roadblocks as well as work with remote subsidiaries.

Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
