Job Description

The isolved Senior Product Marketing Manager - Channels will work closely with our channel teams, product evangelists and spokespeople, and sales and marketing leaders to enable channel partners and sellers to position HCM products, resulting in increased demand and adoption. You will also play a key role in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans for our Benefit Services broker partners and our Preferred Partner channel of insurance brokers, human resource consultants, finance and accounting institutes and advisors and a range of other professional organizations so they can effectively promote the benefits of isolved HCM solutions to their clients.


Core Job Duties

  • Lead the organization in the creation of effective and measurable tools and materials in support of channel partners and sellers.
  • Facilitate the development of new HCM product packages (solutions) based on partner/customer feedback, discreet business challenges, and other factors.
  • Manage the launch process for new solutions (driving our Product to Market process) for direct and partner markets.
  • Understand product packaging and pricing; recommend how to better incorporate HCM technology into pre-packaged solutions.
  • Develop and promote compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging for internal and partner communications around partner/customer solutions.
  • Support our Marketing team from subject matter expertise and GTM definition to ideal partner/customer profile and buyer personas, and from content to speaking engagements.
  • Empower our partner ecosystem through training and enablement activities, differentiated strategies, and the development of sales tools and assets.
  • Collaborate side by side with services business units, product management and product evangelism as part of our overall product organization.
  • Enthuse passion in everything you do, leading the way both internally and externally, as the vanguard of our product strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 10 years proven experience in product marketing, product management, sales/pre-sales or consulting roles or combination thereof.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing or subscription based B2B software.
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, differentiation development, naming, pricing and packaging, sales enablement).
  • Absolute passion for all things technology-related, current trends and competitive dynamics in the market and strong views on the future of tech.
  • Strong written and visual presentation skills with online body of work.
  • Self-motivated performance driven pro with strong analytic skills and data-driven mind-set.
  • Superior attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • A desire to work hard, make a difference and have fun doing it!
  • Knowledge of HCM covering payroll, benefits, compensation, tax and expenses, employee experience, compliance, learning, employee wellbeing, talent and workforce management.
