Core Job Duties


•Collaborating with other teams to drive attendance for online and regional events, as well ass the Company's annual conference.
•Creating excitement around NEW customer onboarding, welcome and nurturing throughout the early stages of an isolved customer.
•Leverage HubSpot to support lead nurture and propensity to buy sequences. Measure the success of sequences by defined KPI's and influence performance based on learnings.
•Own the department roadmap in Asana by making monthly updates and additions.
•Support 'in-Environment' advertising and own the monthly calendar to promote products and services to the customer base.
•Support the promotion and communication of isolved services to our customer base by deploying segmented campaigns to promote engagement and adoption.
•Own data processing and monthly reporting functions to streamline lead flow processes.
•Define and contribute to a comprehensive and winning Direct Customer marketing plan that aligns with strategic priorities, goals and initiatives.
•Work with cross-functional teams including product marketing, account management, creative, brand and content to support customer marketing activities.
•Embrace lead goals and set clear targets and objectives for marketing execution and delivery.
•Drive retention, cross-sell and up-sell plans that expand our footprint within the exisiting isolved Direct Customer base.
•Measure progress and impact of programs and communicate back to key stakeholders.


Job Complexity

As a highly skilled specialist, contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways.


Interaction
Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures.


Supervision
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Exercises initiative and judgement in completing recurring assignments. Often
acts as a facilitator and team leader.


Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 3+ years of related experience.


Minimum Qualifications
•3 -5 years demonstrable marketing experience.
•Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze and optimize marketing activity.
•Strong interpersonal skills and superb written and oral communication skills.
•Ambitious yet flexible self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment.
•Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Proven project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
•Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with C-level executives, customers/prospects, partners, etc.
•Experience in/knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, Communications or similar field or related business experience.
•A desire to work hard, make a difference, and have fun doing it.


Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.


Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
