The isolved Senior Manager, Partner Marketing will report to the VP of Partner Marketing and will be managing a new channel division focused on executing marketing strategies and programs to increase lead generation and pipeline growth through our referral partners. This individual will be instrumental in helping to optimize marketing strategies and increase profitability.

The Senior Manager of Partner Marketing will be a hands-on leader in building programs that accelerate partner engagement, recruitment and pipeline creation across isolved's People Cloud offering. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand and Events to implement innovative programs and processes that assist the channel sales team in achieving its revenue goals.


Core Job Duties

  • Overseeing the Partner Marketing team focusing on referral partners to exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Evaluating and improving existing marketing strategies.
  • Developing new strategies and implementing scalable marketing plans.
  • Leverage CRM and PRM for optimal campaign tracking, i.e., MQLs, SQLs, and Partner sourced/influenced bookings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand and Events and other cross-functional teams to create dynamic, engaging, and successful marketing campaigns that generate demand and increase lead flow.
  • Effectively understand and drive towards department lead goals.
  • Analyze, and disseminate comprehensive reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of HR and/or Broker community
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, plus the ability to leverage CRM for campaign tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and agility to quickly understand the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes.
  • Solid and demonstrable experience of sales and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Triblio, Outreach, CRM), and analytics (e.g., Google).
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Flexible self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • A desire to work hard, make a difference, and have fun doing it.
  • Ambitious leader, communicator, and collaborator focused on working cross-functionally with Sales.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in leading Partner/Demand marketing teams

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.


Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
