What You'll Do: Lead new customers through payroll & HR software implementations, manage timelines, train clients, and ensure a smooth go-live.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3+ years of functional payroll business process experience (payroll tax knowledge strongly preferred)
- Software implementation experience
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn SaaS platforms quickly
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail, initiative-driven, collaborative mindset
- Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering high-value outcomes
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
