Summary/objective
The Senior Director of HR Solutions for isolved HR Services is responsible for enablement, sales support, and Go-To-Market strategy for the broader HR Services, including both Account Management and Field Sales. This position will be required to collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product to maximize sales results within and around the isolved network of Broker partners. The Senior Director of HR Solutions will be expected to be the subject matter expert on all aspects of our product and technology suite.
Core Job Duties
- Work alongside the marketing team to drive sales enablement and market growth for HR Services product suite
- Execute against assigned strategic plans
- Perform in-depth technical demonstrations of the complete isolved Human Capital Management solution and other applications
- Maintain current knowledge of the application and technical features of all HR solutions in our sales portfolio.
- Answer application and technical questions and assist in responses to RFPs/RFIs
- Attend and present at trade shows, user conferences, as needed.
- Elevate team knowlege through internal product trainings and mentorship
- Act as the technical expert helping drive isolved's Go-To-Market for the HR Services Sales team
- Perform Service Bureau and back office solution demonstrations to potential partners

Supervision
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work related experience
- 5 years' experience preferably in Insurance, HCM or HR Services sales
- Documented and extensive management experience
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
