Summary/objective

Reporting directly to the Director of Creative Services, our new Senior Digital Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand development while supporting a variety of company and marketing initiatives. Your expertise in graphic design will drive innovative and impactful solutions, spark the imagination, and ensure our brand's presence continues to be engaging. Core Job Duties

• Design and maintain brand elements, marketing materials, infographics, eBooks, research studies, advertisements, print collateral, forms, social graphics, display ads and digital social/website assets.
• Create cohesive and engaging email campaigns, notification emails, and landing pages within our HubSpot email automation portal.
• Assist our development teams with UI designs and front-end graphics.
• Assist team members with branded graphics, illustrations, images, and other visual elements as requested to complete project objectives.
• Work collaboratively and inquisitively with your marketing peers across content marketing, product marketing, event marketing, partner marketing, demand-generation and more to get the best-possible campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Creative Services and Events teams on event graphics and environmental design to evolve our in-person look and feel.
• Support our sales team with personalized assets, branded PPTs and custom marketing materials.
• Leverage your innovation, marketing expertise and the latest trends, to develop new creative campaigns.
• Help maintain strong brand and design governance across internal and external brand usage.
• Support a desire to repurpose existing content and creative into new formats to extend the shelf-life of assets.
• Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments.

• A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. Emerging understanding of broader organizational context and goals. Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.

• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Supervision

Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years working as a Senior Designer.
• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent job experience (preferred).
• Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (must).
• HTML email and landing page coding and creation experience.
• Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of design skills, layout, and illustrations (online portfolio is a must).
• UI/UX knowledge and ability to work in Figma and/or Adobe XD.
• Print or digital editorial/magazine experience (plus).
• Video editing in Adobe Premiere and or After Effect motion design skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Office 365 and Presentation skills.
• Strong graphic design experience.
• Exceptional project management experience and skills.
• Excellent creative and innovative design skills.
• Possess strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks.
• A positive, professional attitude with the ability to self-start.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Be able to work with little supervision.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
