Job Description

As a BI Developer at isolved, you will be responsible for the development and administration of BI tools along with complete knowledge of the BI system. Your primary focus in this role is to convert data into meaningful and actionable insights through interactive and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.

  • Customer-focused ability to build strong internal and external customer
    relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Ability to process complex and sometimes contradictory information to solve
    problems effectively.
  • Developing and delivering information that conveys a clear understanding of the
    needs of different audiences.
  • Establishes effective partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet
    shared objectives.
  • Takes on new opportunities enthusiastically, apply efficiency to tasks and keeps our
    customers' experience in mind.
  • Creates new and better ways for the organization to support our clients.
  • Maintains a high rate of isolved client retention through superior customer service.
  • Responds accurately to a large volume of support calls and emails in a timely manner
    with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Serves as an escalation point for clients and participants as standard operating
    procedures prescribe.
  • Accurately documents all communications and completes all assigned processing
    tasks.
  • Participates in customer service training related to knowledge and skill
    enhancements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong background in data analysis, database management, and BI technologies
  • Expert understanding of Power BI and time intelligence
  • Ability to write and execute DAX measures, queries, and functions in Power BI
  • Understand business requirements in the BI context and design to convert data into meaningful insights
  • Understanding the theory of visual design
  • Understanding of the testing and validation process of Power BI reports
  • Expert understanding of Tableau, Domo, and other BI software tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
