Senior Channel Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

The Senior Marketing Manager, together with a growing Marketing Department, will be responsible for supporting marketing strategies and capabilities to increase lead generation for isolved Benefit Services (TPA Services). Reporting to Director of Channels, this role will collaborate with departmental counterparts working to achieve marketing goals using both strategic and tactical planning. You will track and review campaign performance and generate recommendations based on learnings to establish best practices. This role will work not only on expanding reach with current brokers but will be tasked with designing an expanding footprint for TPA services within all regions in the US.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for campaign creation and execution of digital marketing strategies to acquire new brokers at scale with success measured in qualified opportunity conversions.
  • Build and expand footprint within the US
  • Strengthens current broker relationships to accelerate referrals
  • Effectively understand and drive towards lead goals and CPL targets.
  • Contribute to detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness including segmentation, and creative targeting.
  • Analyze and disseminate comprehensive reporting.
  • Manage and collaborate with digital and broader marketing team on tactics and creative to cultivate lead generation and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with positioning and long-term goals.
  • Manage lead processing and workflows for targeted digital programs.
  • Support content to create a dynamic, engaging and authentic brand experience that successfully reflects the spirit of isolved

  • Meet or exceed marketing qualified lead goals (MQL).
  • Meet or exceed assigned lead pre-qualification goals (SAL).
  • Meet or exceed sales qualified opportunity goals (SQL).
  • Wins and sales bookings associated with your work.
  • Expands footprint within identified regions.
  • Strengths current relationships.

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing either in-house or at an advertising or media agency.
  • 3+ year or more experience working with LinkedIn/Facebook campaign management either in-house or at an advertising or media agency.
  • Proficient knowledge of lead scoring and nurturing techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and agility to quickly understand the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Excel.
  • Solid and demonstrable experience of sales and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Metadata.io, Outreach, CRM), analytics (e.g., Google), and CMS.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ambitious yet flexible self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field or related business experience.
  • A desire to work hard, make a difference, and have fun doing it.

Work Environment

Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements 25/30lbs. Moderate noise.
