- Job Overview: Manages Sales Administrators. Develop and implement the operations structure and organization of the overall process. Ensure new sales adhere to the stated sales policy and company strategy. Directs and coordinates personnel who provide administrative sales and marketing support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the sales administration/sales order entry function. This role would have two direct reports initially.
- Provide general administrative support for the sales organizations leadership
- Work with marketing to develop lead lists from key data sources
- Manage the customer reference process
- Organize monthly meeting routines with sales leadership (forecasting, training, deal reviews, etc)
- Coordinate and provide assistance to the finance department for sales reporting
EXPERIENCE
2-3 Years of direct Management experience.
Experience in supporting a large Sales staff.
Experience with a CRM system such as salesforce.com or NetSuite
Experience with contracts and sales orders
