BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
Sales Operations Admin supports the sales department management in an effort to achieve the organizational sales goals. This position requires a strong technical background, product knowledge and service knowledge. In a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and time-management skills are required, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
- Review all sales orders and agreements to ensure they adhere to the stated sales policy and company strategy
- Enter sales orders and assign workflows for the appropriate parties
- Communicate with billing, finance and implementation to ensure a timely onboarding experience
- Provide administrative support across multiple sales teams, including creating sales documents, proposals and agreements and ensuring accurate sales pipeline and customer information is recorded in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Generate reports and analytics related to sales activities and revenue data, primarily by using the CRM system
- Identify and implement ways to improve the efficiency of the iSolved sales order and booking process
- Provide administrative support for various sales operations projects
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION
- BA/BS preferred
- Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful and well organized
- Possess strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
