Sales Enablement Consultant

We are looking for an experienced, innovative and engaging Sales Enablement Consultant to help us support and scale iSolved' s rapidly growing Sales team. This role is an exciting opportunity to own the build out of our day-to-day and long-term Sales enablement strategy.


Summary:


The Senior Enablement Consultant develops and administers both new hire and continuing education curricula for sales and account management employees. The initiatives supported by this role will help drive three primary objectives of the sales organization: increasing productivity, attracting and retaining our best people, and leading a learning organization.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

The Sales Enablement Consultant is responsible for the following:

  • Creates development plans for all sales roles.
  • Involved in helping determine enablement strategy, as well as be responsible for the appropriate mechanism for disseminating training to the field based on budget, content and timing (i.e. instructor-led web training, classroom training, self study, etc).
  • Delivers training on Human Capital Management disciplines (domain knowledge), ISolved products and services, sales skills, tools, policies, and processes.
  • Uses instructional techniques and applies understanding of adult learning theory and learning dynamics to achieve learning outcomes.
  • Learns new product functionality and processes to understand enablement requirements.
  • Develops and administers certification programs (product, skill, knowledge).
  • Conducts needs analyses, interviews Subject Matter Experts, and gathers content for enablement materials.
  • Creates needed materials, including exercises and activities, using Microsoft Word and Power Point and training technology platforms.
  • Administers first and second level evaluations and reports back to management/team leads.
  • Partners with Sales Operations and Sales leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining productivity dashboards to measure enablement and curriculum design effectiveness.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work related experience.
  • 3+ years experience in training and/or instructional design; demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills, and 2+ years experience working with clients using HCM products/services preferred.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to design and develop instructional materials and courses, to write clearly concerning technical concepts, and to organize content/material in a manner which facilitates learning and mastery.
  • Must be self-starter and require minimal direction.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Familiarity with various software to support the development of online training resources (i.e., Learning Management System and other training delivery technology platforms) preferred.
  • Prior experience in developing and delivering sales training preferred.
  • 1+ years successful (100%+ quota) complex sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements less than 10 pounds. Moderate noise.
