BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

Sales Administration Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Sales Operations Manager in maintaining the daily activities, ensuring efficient processes and provide leadership to a team of Sales Administrators.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

 

  • Act as first line of contact for the Sales Administrators
  • Assist in researching discrepancies, reporting between systems, completing adjustments, and resolves inaccuracies
  • Assist in managing escalated issues; while keeping the manager informed throughout entire process
  • Manage workflow and delegate order entry responsibilities
  • Will handle all training duties as it relates to sales order entry
  • Maintenance of all Standard Operation Procedures
  • Provide administrative support across multiple sales teams, including creating sales documents, proposals and agreements and ensuring accurate sales pipeline and customer information is recorded in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Generate reports and analytics related to sales activities and revenue data, primarily by using the CRM system
  • Review all sales orders and agreements to ensure they adhere to the stated sales policy and company strategy
  • Enter sales orders and assign workflows for the appropriate parties
  • Communicate with billing, finance and implementation to ensure a timely onboarding experience 
  • Identify and implement ways to improve the efficiency of the sales order and booking process
  • Provide administrative support for various sales operations projects
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

 

  • Software experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
