Regional Channel Sales Manager


Principle Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Channels & Alliances you'll thrive as an independent, go-getter coupled with all the tools necessary for ultimate success. In the outside sales-based environments you'll identify and approach insurance brokers and other centers of influence setting short and long term rereferral revenue growth strategies. You will achieve sales goals by directly working with channel relationships and isolved Field Sales representatives. We will have the products and services that HCM partners need for both themselves and their clients. Through the power of our remarkable Human Capital Management (HCM) products and services, you'll come to our partners rescue. You are an HCM hero! Be prepared to hit the ground running in a fast-paced sales environment and work in a career you know you were meant to have!


Essential Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with motivation for sales
  • Experience working with large national chain restaurant groups
  • HCM experience preferred
  • Tech and SaaS savviness
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
  • An energetic modern approach to sales
  • A creative and independent thinker
  • A desire to continually grow and apply new skills
  • 60-80% travel required throughout U.S.

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote)


Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
