Temporary Recruiting Assistant (PT)

The Recruiting Assistant's role will encompass support of the Chief People Officer and the talent acquisition team of core hiring functions including: sourcing, resume Review, interview scheduling, writing job descriptions, M&A support and ATS improvement.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Source and Screen potential candidates for skillset and company culture fit.
  • Assist recruiters with interview scheduling.
  • Support M&A team with onboarding of new employees
  • Review and update ATS records
  • Support HR Management Team as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suit, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs
  • Discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Initiative and the desire to own problems from start to finish
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team in a fast paced, changing environment

Desired Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience in human resources
  • Experience working with databases (applicant tracking or HCM)
