Summary/Objective
In the role of an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Manager at ApplicantPro, individuals are tasked with overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment processes for client organizations. This involves collaborating with internal teams and leveraging ApplicantPro's innovative tools and technologies to streamline hiring workflows, enhance candidate experiences, and ultimately deliver high-quality talent solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients. RPO Managers are responsible for leading and coordinating the recruitment team, ensuring the effective execution of hiring processes from sourcing candidates to onboarding. They collaborate closely with clients, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives, and continuously evaluate and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the outsourced recruitment processes.
Core Job Duties
- Supervise and Manage a team of account managers
- Assist with department recruitment and schedule interviews
- Assist with project management tasks
- Coordinate and track performance management processes
- Coordinate with sales and product teams on processes and clients
- Submit requests for clear, concise, and compelling job ads for the clients
- Develop and implement department training programs
- Draft and edit documents and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Handle employee relations issues and conflicts within the department
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies, tools, and best practices in software
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Develope and audit quality and metrics of department
- Other duties as assigned
Job Complexity
Works on issues of limited scope. Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Monitors daily operations of a unit or sub-unit. Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
Supervision
Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules. A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit or sub-unit. Generally supervises semi-skilled employees (e.g., production, customer support, clerical).
Experience
- Typically requires a Bachelorʼs degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience; may not require prior management
Scope
Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review. Directs subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
Discretion
Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results may cause delays in schedules.
