Summary/Objective


The Recruitment Marketing Account Manager supports the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent for clients or organizations. They collaborate with clients to comprehend their hiring needs, craft engaging content, and utilize various marketing channels to bolster the employer brand. Junior Account Managers analyze campaign performance, offer insights, and contribute to the overall success of recruitment marketing initiatives. At ApplicantPro, the Account Manager cultivates strong client relationships, grasps unique hiring needs, and ensures the seamless implementation and utilization of ApplicantPro's recruitment software. Prioritizing client satisfaction and effective communication, they collaborate to optimize the hiring process and provide ongoing support, while also assisting Senior Account Managers with their responsibilities.


Core Job Duties

  • Analyze client data and generate reports
  • Assist with project management tasks
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies, tools, and best practices in software
  • Create google drive for client
  • Set up in the ATS and turn all RM settings on and set up accounts including: Submit Jobs, Post Templates, Post/Close Jobs
  • Perform Competitor Analysis, Persona Evaluation, Visibility Checks and Job Ad Reviews
  • Set up Employee Referral feature for client accounts
  • Send out Employee Referral emails
  • Track Monthly Metrics
  • Create and present Monthly Slide Decks
  • Posting to Linkedin and Facebook on behalf of the client
  • Sponsoring client jobs on Job Boards
  • Get content for Glassdoor/Indeed from client and help update
  • Perform Location/Pay Analysis for client accounts
  • Outreach from weekly account reviews
  • Monthly Account Review Calls
  • Job Intake Calls
  • System Changes (applications, career sites, adding users)
  • Write Job Questions
  • Perform Applicant Screening
