Professional Services Product Owner

 

Under the direction of the VP of Program Management for iSolved HCM, the Product Owner for Professional Services will oversee the overall flow of professional services activity. This individual will collaborate with development resources to analyze custom requirement requests and contribute to the design and delivery of best practice solutions. Acting as the primary contact for project evaluations and quote requests they will perform the functions necessary to document and manage professional services project activity. Additional responsibilities include facilitating the resolution of case escalations related to custom reportsexports and providing timely communications with internal and external resources. This individual will understand and implement the standards and compliance measures of iSolved consistently and will proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies, share acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels and encourage development of internal staff.

 

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate requests for new andor update custom reportsexports.
  • Assess pricing quotes for custom reportsexports based on the request evaluation.
  • Apply product expertise to effectively resolve custom requirement challenges.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze, develop and implement solutions that can be provisioned for use across the partnerclient base.
  • Perform on-going assessment of processes and procedures, making recommendations that ensure efficiency.
  • Manage NetSuite cases that require the engagement of professional services resources.
  • Facilitate the resolution of professional services case escalations.
  • Perform necessary system documentation to track requests, quotes and projects in NetSuite and other utilized systems.
  • Generate team metrics for development's monthly program review.
  • Perform project requirements gathering and troubleshooting as needed.
  • All other related jobs functions as they arise and as needed.
  • Effective communication to the entire staff regarding changes and updates to documents, processes and systems etc.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail with respect to documenting project related tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external resources.
  • Proven customer service leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned project work.

 

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in the payroll or HCM industry.
  • Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with viewingediting various file types (Fixed Length, CSV, Excel, XML).
  • Microsoft Office experience, (Excel, Word, Power Point) expertise.
  • Associates degree or equivalent education and business experience.

 

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
