- BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Under the direction of the Vice President of Product Management, the Product Manager of API Integration will be responsible for overseeing projects related to API integration across multiple functional areas of the business. The Product Manager will lead a small team to analyze the business needs of customers and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions. The Product Manager will assure that projects are properly prioritized and that task deadlines are enforced while implementing the standards and compliance measures of iSolved consistently. This individual will proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies, share acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels and encourage development of internal staff.
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:

- Work directly with customers and vendors to collect requirements for API integration development projects.
- Interpret technical documentation to analyze and define project business requirements.
- Document technical specifications per project requirements.
- Prioritize, schedule and execute projects per documented timelines.
- Make recommendations for product enhancements.
- Lead and implement potential new service production and administration.
- All other related jobs functions as they arise and as needed.
- Effective communication to the entire staff regarding changes and updates to documents, processes and systems etc.
- SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Functional business process knowledge related to API integration.
- Understanding of common data transmission protocols (FTP, SFTP, HTTPS).
- Familiarity with .NET applications, IIS, WCF, Web Configuration, REST API, SOAP API.
- Experience working with various file formats (CSV, Fixed Length, XML).
- Experience with API software testing tools.
- Familiarity with networking firewalls and application security.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Organization and prioritization skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior team lead experience.
- Experience in the Payroll or HCM industry.

- Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Microsoft Office experience, (Excel, Visio, Power Point) expertise.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and business experience
