Summary/objective

The Product Evangelist supports awareness, adoption, and enthusiasm for isolved's HCM platform by communicating the value of our solutions to prospects, customers, partners, and internal teams. This individual plays a key role in amplifying isolved's voice in the market through product education, storytelling, and advocacy. The Product Evangelist works cross-functionally with product marketing, enablement, and sales teams to ensure isolved's differentiators are clearly understood and consistently articulated.


Core Job Duties

  • Drive engagement with isolved solutions by delivering product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions to external and internal audiences
  • Support go-to-market launches by crafting product messaging and aligning it to market needs
  • Represent the voice of the product in marketing campaigns, partner initiatives, and sales collateral
  • Contribute to thought leadership content such as blog posts, product briefs, and videos that communicate isolved's value
  • Support events and field marketing initiatives by representing isolved at tradeshows, webinars, and customer forums
  • Gather product feedback from the field and communicate insights to the Product and Marketing teams
  • Assist in building a community of product advocates and influencers across isolved customers and partners

Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or

equivalent work experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, pre-sales, enablement, or customer-facing roles in SaaS or HCM
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain technical solutions in simple, compelling language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to external audiences and supporting content creation
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, and webinar platforms
  • Experience in the HCM or SaaS industry preferred

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. 


Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
