Job Description

The isolved Principal Evangelist, you will represent isolved in an executive capacity with internal and external audiences. In this high-impact role, you will not only shape our messaging, but you will also deliver it to key audiences including customers, prospects, partners, employees, and industry influencers. Working with other stakeholders in the company, you will craft and deliver messaging that sets isolved apart from the competition and clearly conveys the value we bring to our customers. You will also serve as a primary spokesperson for the organization with media, analysts, and influencers.

Core Job Duties

• Evaluate and refine our current messaging and positioning to create cohesive GTM strategy that includes unique positioning to achieve demand generation and industry recognition goals.
• Skillfully present the isolved story at events including roadshows, tradeshows, and customer conference.
• Serve as spokesperson with media, analysts, and influencers to drive isolved thought leadership.
• Amplify isolved's authority. Represent the company with an authoritative 'outside-in' perspective in webinars, at industry events, and on our social media channels.
• Work with the content marketing team to develop thought leadership content for isolved including bylines, research perspectives, and more.
• Serve in an executive sponsor capacity for customer and partner advisory boards.
• Partner with sales on large deals and high-profile partnerships to position isolved as an industry leader.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of solutions marketing or consulting experience in a SaaS company.
• VP-level experience of marketing SaaS tech solution to the market and deep understanding of the HCM market.
• Skilled at clearly explaining ideas, creating compelling arguments, and delivering visual and verbal information to various audiences for maximum impact. Flexing communication skills to gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Strong opinions and recommendations for bold, industry-disruptive communications that drive results.
• Comfortable in front of leadership and have a compelling voice demonstrated through your executive presence and ability to lead change.
• Energetic, passionate, and articulate communicator who can convey information to a wide variety of internal and external audiences, write and deliver quality presentations that are adjusted by audience, and articulate complex, technical information.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adoption and execution of consistent messaging.
