Job Description

The isolved Pricing Analyst will work closely with the product management team, sales, marketing, and finance leaders to support development and refinement of our pricing and packaging strategies. You will play an essential role in collecting market data, acquiring competitive intelligence and delivering market research to support roadmap validation, refinement of our go-to-market (GTM) playbook, and our portfolio's pricing & packaging strategy.

Core Job Duties

• Lead quarterly pricing review to assess changes in price realization, discount trends, and competitive landscape.
• Propose business model and/or package improvements that improve sales conversions and support revenue growth.
• Support pricing, promotion, & packaging launches and updates through coordination with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing.
• Define and establish a pricing program that supports a regular cadence of pricing review cycles, updates, and sales communications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Analyze sales and market trends to discover revenue opportunities in price, packaging, and product improvements.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance leadership to gather internal and external feedback on overlooked revenue opportunities.
• Strategize, propose, and oversee the execution of pricing and packaging improvements that help to drive higher sales conversions and increase sales values.
• Collaborate with Product teams to provide data-driven counsel on pricing and packaging.
• Empower our go-to-market teams with pricing and messaging that supports a strong alignment to customer value realization.
• Coordinate updates of pricing assets and tools in support of sales, partner, and marketing teams.
• Enthuse passion in everything you do, leading the way both internally and externally, as a vanguard of our product strategy.

• At least 3-5 years proven experience in product marketing, product management, sales, and/or pricing roles.
• Solid understanding of SaaS software.
• Top notch analytical skillset with intense curiosity and a data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with leading pricing analysis and strategy development.
• A passion for uncovering growth opportunities through data-driven perspectives & strategies.
• Motivation for driving forward isolved's initiative to transform employee experiences through innovative HCM technology.
• Strong written, visual, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A high performer motivated by a fast-paced environment and energetic (though remote) team.
• A keen ability to give attention to detail while handling multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular: Excel and PowerPoint.
• A desire to work hard, make a difference and have fun doing it!
